Talk It Out works collaboratively with existing community partners and other interested groups to provide workshops related to mental health and wellness, available to a range of audiences (youth, seniors, newcomers, helping professionals, etc.) and levels of accessibility. These workshops are offered free of charge, either virtually or in-person and are facilitated by Talk It Out’s social work student counsellors.
The duration of presentations may range from 1-hour to a half-day sessions depending on the needs of the interested organization and audience.
